Payments are made through Paypal.You do not have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase.

Baby•Bot does not have access to any of your financial information. Paypal only provides your email and shipping address. For information on their privacy policy, go to www.paypal.com

Baby•Bot will keep this information private and will not share it with anyone.

Shipping and Handling
Baby•Bot ships using USPS Priority Mail. On the day that your order is shipped you will receive an email directly from USPS providing you with a tracking number. Orders will be shipped out 2-3 days after order is placed. Once orders have been shipped out, they should arrive within 2-3 business days. (International orders will take longer). If you need your order faster, email us at hello@baby-bot.com.

Please take care when typing your email address while filling out your order as this is the only way Baby•Bot can communicate with you. Also be sure to submit the correct shipping address along with your order as Baby•Bot is not resposible for lost packages in the case that the wrong shipping address was provided.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, email us at hello@baby-bot.com and we’ll gladly give you a full refund or an exchange.


Backorders
Sometimes customer demand exceeds our supply. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately via e-mail. At that point, you have the choice of waiting for, or canceling your order.
